Happy Halloween

Happy Halloween!!  Me and my friend Linda dressed up, we both work in the same office.  I was a Vampiress or for short Vamps, or Vampy  and Linda was a great witch. She made a good one because she has a great cackle like one. We brought candy to work and passed it out to everybody, so it was just the opposite instead of getting candy. Braxton was invited to go to a friends costume party Sat night and he went  trick or treating with his cousins. He dressed as Dastan in the movie Prince of Persia. No bloody fangs just a cheesy smile :))

Grizzlies won!! It was 6 to 4

We had a blast as a family at the Hockey game,  it was the Grizzlies against the Bakersfield Condors. It was a nice game for me because it was Fight against Breast Cancer night so the Grizzlies had on pink jersey's. There was alot of pink in the audience too.  Braxton always kept saying he didnt want to go because of the fighting, But about 20 minutes into the game he was admitting it wasnt as bad as he thought it was going to be," I am actually having fun" he said. So if Braxton was having fun than you know it was!  We got a kick out of everytime the Grizzlies scored they actually had aloud train horn that blared 3 times like it it was laying on the horn. You definitely knew they scored they always made a big deal about it.

    Braxton didn't catch a puck right between the eyes ha- ha  thank goodness for that, but he did get one  out by the food venues they were selling them really cheap.

Help Us we've been in a earthquake!

Well kinda.... we were pretending to be in a earthquake and playing as victims to help my Aunt Connie. It was a Mock  emergency drill to access victims in case there was  actually an emergency. We had a good time as a family and got a lot of laughs out of it, and it was so appropriate for Halloween in just one more week. We first had to get our makeup on and learn what our injuries were and how we were going to be staged for  the emergency crews to find us when they got there.

 Tim and McKenna were  burn victims.

Braxton was a wandering person with head injuries.

 Poor Grandpa he was dead.

 My Mom and I weren't in the pictures,  but I was a diabetic with symptoms and my mom was a victim with chest pains.

While we waiting and crying out for help and moaning the bike came down on Ann Jillene more.

When the emergency crews came on the scene to help us we were than taken to the treatment center to be accessed.

Braxton's Jr High performed at the High School tonight for the Fall Choral Concert. He is in the Crescendo Choir which is a boys and girls choir combined. He looks so handsome and grown up. He has always been a good friend to so many of his classmates, Since he has been in Jr. High  every time I turn around there is always somebody saying "Hi Braxton" Or they have to hang around him for a bit to talk I have noticed. 

 

Harvest Scene

This is my little witch girl going trick or treating, my BOO ghost and my scare-dy scarecrow girl.  Her little pig-tails went oops right up in the air.  I love fall.... I love to decorate with hay bales, and pumpkins. I was going to get cornstalks but not this year.

  Braxton dressed up as a Cheetah, Barney, Pokemon, Yu-Gi-Uh and a Egytian pharaoh for Halloween, but for many years he was just content to be Harry Potter.
